04 What happens to the information we share with J9?
Your information is used for the purpose of understanding and supporting your compliance review.
The initial qualification form does not require client identity documents, banking information or confidential client records. Where additional information is useful later, J9 will explain what is required and how it should be provided.
05 What happens after we complete the qualification form?
J9 reviews the information you have provided and confirms whether the Agency Compliance Pathway Map is the appropriate starting point.
If it is, we will contact you privately with the next step and payment details. Once the assessment begins, we guide you through the review process rather than expecting you to prepare everything on your own.
06 What do we receive at the end?
