  • No work will commence until payment has been received and cleared.
  • Fees will be communicated upfront and agreed upon before services begin.
  • Additional services or requirements will be charged separately and must be paid in advance.

Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Refund Policy
  • Fees paid for administrative work already commenced are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if any, are considered on a case-by-case basis and solely at our discretion.
  • Third-party or statutory fees (e.g. CIPC fees) are non-refundable once submitted.
  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Submit required documentation timeously
  • Review submitted information for accuracy before confirmation

J9 Web is not responsible for delays, rejections, or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.

  1. Processing Times
  • Processing times depend on CIPC system availability, third-party platforms, and the completeness of client information.
  • Timeframes provided are estimates only and not guarantees.

We cannot be held liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Communication & Documents
  • All official company registration documents are issued by CIPC and delivered directly to the client’s designated email address.
  • Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login details, documents, and correspondence.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • J9 Web shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, approvals, or processing speeds.
